Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review *Basic Qualifications:* Required 8+ years of SAP Production Planning experience Proficient in core Production Planning Processes/Module and configuration experience. Experience in Manage Product Structures, Managing Materials Planning (MPS & MRP), Manage Work Center Definition, Manage Production Capacity, Manage Production Execution - Contract Manufacturing, Manage Production Execution - Make to Stock (Discrete Production Orders), Manage Hazardous Waste etc., IS-Retail experience is good to have. The candidate should have hands–on configuration experience in at least 2 end to end implementations. Well versed with SAPs Best Practices, Hands on experiencing in Business blueprint phase with proven capability in requirement gathering, as-is, to-be document preparation, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing and process validation with business users. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Expert in guiding offshore team on : Business process validation, system configuration, Data Conversion and Migration, Custom developments, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Cutover planning & Execution, go-live and System stabilization Good overall understanding of overall SAP Business cycle including understanding of integration aspects of PP with FICO, SD and MM.
