Ability to recognize and implement opportunities for improvement within existing processes Work with clients to find and resolve production issues, find root cause, and implement solutions based on analysis Develop high level and detail design documents Assists users in testing, training, and preparation for operations. Identify system, data, and process dependencies for upstream and downstream application data flow. Take ownership of production issues and lead to resolution Leads virtual teams onshore and offshore toward solution delivery.
