*Description:* Strong Experience in Analyzing the App, Web & DB Logs Provide Performance Tuning Recommendations (App, Web & DB Servers) Work Closely with Dev & App Architecture to implement Tuning recommendations Strong Experience in Oracle Performance Tuning Strong experience in working with Performance Testing Tools – HP Load Runner, Jmeter Strong Experience in Performance Monitoring using Dynatrace & App dynamics Expertise in Onsite & Offshore coordination Experience in Retail domain will be added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to present to Directors and above. Retail domain expertise will be an added advantage. Self-driven, result oriented, smart individuals are needed. *Technical Experience* Need experience in working on open source as well as commercial tools - includes performance testing on financial applications (gathering/understanding requirements, workload modelling), performance monitoring, log analysis and reporting. Experience on troubleshooting and performance tuning.
