*Skills Required * Apache Solr experience in a similar role in a large enterprise. Proven experience in Installation, upgradation, migration automation, performance tuning, configuring security, monitoring of Apache Solr systems and platform integration in a large enterprise Linux-based environment. Providing technical assistance to the entire customer staff of developers, operators and administrators during Apache Solr Migration and Maintenance. Experience Install Lucidworks products inclusive of Fusion and Apache SOLR for Development and Development-Integration environments Lucidworks custom configuration – setup Collections, Data Sources, and Connectors. Experience with Setup log reports using Fusion Dashboard and Monitor indexing and search. Experience in defect analysis and support for QA testing and Performance testing Log defects and interface with Lucidworks Customer Success team for fixes and engineering feature requests. Experience in High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Solr node clustering and failover automation. Experience in Distributed Operating Systems ( Linux ) , Logging/Monitoring setup and reporting Deep technical understanding of the Linux OS, networking, storage (SAN/NAS) and LDAP. Excellent understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting application issues on the network (WireShark, etc). Ability to write technical and operational documentation (system design and engineering documents, operational run-books) Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Skills Desired: * Experience in the features and functionality of Apache Solr , LucidWorks Clustering technologies. Experience with web technologies, troubleshooting them as it relates to the OS and the network.
