Position Purpose:

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for integration and
determination of Salesforce and related applications regarding the
enterprise environment.  The candidate will be is a passionate

expert with the Salesforce Platform and how it relates to the numerous
connected applications.  This person will ensure effective solution design
to meet business needs in a variety of the

industry contexts.  The Enterprise Architect has experience of all aspects
of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including design, configuration, customization and
implementation of applications and 3rd

party integrations.  The Architect enjoys working closely with executives,
project managers, and analysts to design, architect, and lead the
development of Salesforce solution implementations

and development.



Duties:

Project on-boarding, architecture risk assessments and reviews, package
solution selection, solution and technical architecture for custom or
package software.

Collaborate with development team and business units to layout enterprise
solutions integrating with Salesforce.

Provide enterprise, Information, application and technical architecture
globally for the business units. Developed architecture road-maps, designs,
standards, patterns, provided guidance and mentoring, and governance
activities

Provide both technical and functional leadership on enterprise wide
development and implementations of medium to high complexity

Communicate up, down and across to all levels on strategic direction and
tactical project updates

Advise project teams and clients on best practices for security, privacy,
license compliance and considerations, and governance of Salesforce.com
data and applications

Interface with business analysts and technical developers as part of the
development team.

Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (CS, MIS, etc…)

11+ years of industry experience across multiple platforms and applications

8+ years of experience with Salesforce.com with strong understanding of
Salesforce development

Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while
also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com or
other OOD environments

Experience leading and mentoring technical resources

Experience leading medium to large scale SF implementations

Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with
tight deadlines, with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills,
verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences

Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative
thinking

Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly

Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

Knowledge of Agile methodologies

At least one Salesforce Certification
