There are 20 scrum teams using Agile SAFe - Scaled Agile methodology, and primarily Microsoft stack as well as other technologies such as SharePoint and SFDC. This particular role will be responsible, as Release Train Engineer Agile Program Manager, for 4 Scrum teams that are distributed between York, PA, Colombia and Mexico Ability to act in the role of an RTE Release Train Engineer for 4-5 teams as part of large enterprise program, working closely with PMO and business leadership Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making Coach people with powerful questions rather than use authority.
