Immediate Need!! *Job Title: **Project Manager Healthcare* *Location: **Danville, PA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Job Description:* Key Points · *PMP certified* · PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project · Ability to handle multiple projects and timely delivery · Excellent Communication skills · *Minimum 8 yrs + of PM Healthcare experience* *Job Responsibilities* · Manages IT projects and project phases of all sizes and scope including large enterprise wide projects utilizing GHS standardized Project Management Methodology (PMM). · Will manage multiple projects concurrently. · Works collaboratively with project stakeholders and functional managers to develop project goals and objectives, set project timeline, manage change, and control scope. · Responsible for managing project artifacts. · Effectively utilizes project management tools. Leads project team in collaboration with IT functional leadership to achieve project goals and objectives on time and within budget. · Reports and appropriately escalates project progress, concerns, and issues to project stakeholders and IT leadership. Receives direction from IT functional managers. · Mentors less experienced project managers. · Coordinate with the CitiusTech development team and partner organizations and helping them in understanding the requirements and resolving their issues. *Desired Skills* · Demonstrated ability to successfully lead multiple technology and/or business projects of varying size and scope including enterprise wide projects using a standardized methodology. · Demonstrated success leading multiple technology and/or business projects in excess of 180 person-months effort (i.e. 10 FTEs for a duration of 18 months). · Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to bring a project team to consensus on issues. · Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a diplomatic and tactful way. Demonstrated capability to successfully handle multiple project teams and multiple tasks simultaneously and under strict deadlines. · Demonstrated knowledge of and practical application of formal project management methodologies, including PMI's PMBOK® Guide. · Experience using project management software, including Microsoft Project, is required. Demonstrated knowledge of formal business analysis methodologies, including IIBA's BABOK® Guide preferred. · Demonstrates a high level of initiative and independence. Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment is required. · Experience in health care is preferred. · Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems is required. · Masters degree is preferred. Minimum eight years of experience managing projects in a lead role, or working on successful IT related projects is required. · Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification within 12 months is required.
