Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Experience motivating large cross-functional teams and the ability to interact effectively with any level of management up to the executive level. Experience in project management methodologies and tools, project planning and design, systems development life cycle, estimating, project tracking, resource management, change management, risk management, coaching, negotiating, influencing, defining organizational structure, budget and financial planning and tracking. Competencies-Skills (Required): Excellent leadership and teamwork skills Business focused leadership with ability to turn business vision, capability needs, and business requirements into IT deliverables Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.) Ability to work collaboratively and partner with business and IT leadership, employees, vendors Demonstrated ability to influence across many levels of an organization, from CIO to non-exempt staff This person must have strong process analysis and systematic thinking skills and the ability to consistently deliver targeted business outcomes.
