Effective Client communication, Strong debugging and analytical skills 2. Hands-on experience on OT Exstream Dialogue 3. Experience on OT Exstream Dialogue, upgrade to v16 is added advantage 4. Experience on creation of documents, design of pages, concept of design objects like text box, tables, automated table features, output queues, barcodes, sorting and bundling, search keys 5. Exposure to VB, SQL Server would be preferred *Roles & Responsibilities* 1. Works closely with business analysts and customers to gather requirements in order to ensure the customer’s business needs and expectations are met in a timely and cost effective manner 2. Lead & Coordinate v8 to v16 upgrade 3. Bring in the best practices, lessons learnt from the past to make the current upgrade a successful one 4. Liase with offshore teams to manage the overall project objective 5. Diagnoses, isolates and debugs software problems and provides resolution 6. Prepares and modifies technical documentation 7. Researches, evaluates and recommends new development tools and applications as appropriate 8.
