*Role : Salesforce Tech Lead / Sr. Developer ( 10+ )*
*Location : Dearborn MI* *Interview Mode : Phone/Skype – they may require in-person* *Duration : 2 Year Contract* This position is for an individual with a strong technical and development background with working knowledge and experience in application configuration and development on the Salesforce.com platform and experienced in Classic as well as Lightning UI. The individual should be able to Lead off-shore resources through all aspects of development, testing and the management of the appropriate user stories and tasks within an Agile development environment. Communicate well with Business partners Leads a team of developers to deliver implementations as per agreed upon schedule Estimates efforts for various changes and support tasks Manages and priorities workload between project and maintenance tasks. Create, update and maintain technical documentation. Translates business requirements into Salesforce specific implementation designs. Helps the off shore developer with debugging and fixing issues. Update and maintain currency of Run Book. Develops integrations to third party solutions. Works with the Support team members to diagnose / fix production issues Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving tools, techniques, and strategies to improve the overall efficiency, processes, and best practices Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth Safeguard the company’s assets. Adhere to the company’s compliance program. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
