Develop and execute test cases and test plans for RadiantLogic VDS. ? Respond to escalated client support calls, as needed ? Provide a high level of customer service through comprehensive communication ? Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks ? Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues Technical Skills: Radiant Logic VDS Platform Java LDAP related skills for Microsoft AD, SunONE, Oracle Internet Directory, eDirectory Directory imports/exports with LDIF files.
