The position involves extensive troubleshooting and effective communicating to resolve issues and provide support for our customers. Essentially providing tier level 2 support to the business. The EDI Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of incoming client data and loading it into production and UAT systems as part of an ETL process. Note: This family is intended to include jobs requiring business expertise rather than IT expertise. *Responsibilities:* • Answer questions and resolve issues through verbal or written communication with clients and vendors. Triage issues to appropriate resources as necessary. • Provide stellar customer service and timely follow-ups when interacting with our customers or other business personnel. • Maintain and troubleshoot electronic files for COBRA, Direct Billing, Claims, and Reimbursement products within the EDI and ETL processes. • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot SFTP connectivity using Globalscape (EFT Server Enterprise). • Work closely with other IT groups to facilitate resolution of technical issues or enhance existing processes. *Goals/Objectives:* 1. Provide accurate, clear, and timely support for EDI Consultants while promoting a culture of continuous improvement by seeking detailed feedback about gaps in available resources and updating them as part of providing assistance. 2. Process all standard daily work with a high level of accuracy (95%+) and completeness within all applicable TAT targets. 3. Manual Carrier Eligibility Updates - At least 90% or more of AM and escalated requests must be completed or responded to within 24 hours. 4. Manual Carrier Eligibility Updates - At least 90% or more of urgent and non-escalated requests must be completed or responded to within 48 hours. 5.
