*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *
Need a very strong senior candidate
- Enabling new users
- Defining / Creating folder structure in the AEM Repositories and
associated user roles specific to each project
- Interface with Analytics and WEX teams to engage with AFD tenants
- Handle direct support requests from the tenants
- Cascading these structures across environments in the AFD Pillar (i.e.
start in sandbox or dev, then deploy to staging / prod as needed).
- Coordinate and own the dispatcher configurations for the pillar.
- Perform code reviews with teams that elect to create custom code.
- Execute brand review / approval for all domain names to be loaded into
the AFD pillar.
- Generate multi-domain SSL certs as needed for AFD pillars, coordinate
with the AMS Customer Success Engineer to have them loaded where needed.
- Track daycare support for any issues afd shared or tenant code may
have on their pillar.
- Escalate support / SLA issues as appropriate.
- Maintain a calendar for all events on the AFD Pillar
- (system changes, code upgrades, client builds)
- Review, coordinate and approve release notes / test results for tenant
releases (n/a for KPO pillar - they will manage this themselves)
- Participate in weekly status meetings with tenants
- Coordinate provisioning / cloning of environments to offline
environments as needed to support new release testing.
- Maintain the regression test suite for the pillar and coordinate any
refactoring required as tenants and the afd shared dev team enhance their
code suite.
- Coordinate responses to regression test issues that cross multiple
tenants.
- Oversee and at times participate in the maintenance and extension of
the shared code library for AFD tenant requirements.
- Participate and initiate if needed incident triage sessions for
production
- Maintain a dashboard for the pillar to include
- Current status for each tenant
- SLA tracking for support requests
- Known issues with path to resolution
- Schedule, communicate and coordinate Service Pack and Version Upgrades
