Effectively capture and build a strategy to validate NFRs - Test Plan and test Strategy. Ability to effectively execute the testing strategy · Understand applications including the underlying architecture and technology stack to recommend appropriate strategies and ensure the system performance is within defined SLAs · Participate in all phases of the Performance Testing/Engineering lifecycle – Requirement Gathering, Design, Development, Scripting, Execution, Analysis, Troubleshooting, Reporting · Leverage Application performance management and profiling tools to identify, isolate and resolve performance bottlenecks · Provide/Support tuning recommendations.
