*Location : Dover, NH* *Rate : $40-45/HR MAX ( Non - Negotiable )* *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * - *Scrum Master with Product Owner Capabilities* - Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed - Participate in iteration/sprint planning meetings, Sprint review meetings and capture feedback and Sprint retrospection to note the areas of improvements and action items - Works as administrator of the Scrum / Kanban board - Report bi-weekly status with client project manager - Ensure that the team is adhering to the project scope and timelines - Ensures team adheres to sprint plan, identify risks and cost of the project, delivers the methodology and plan - Contributes to vision and program backlog - Owns team backlog and implementation - Defines iterations and stories.
