*Job Title: PM – ITAM Project Manager*

*Location: Oklahoma City, OK*

*Duration: 6 months*



*Mandatory Skills:*

·        Develop and maintain project schedules and deliverables.

·        Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, groom project plan with
timelines, organize team meetings; providing meeting minutes and actions.

·        Build strong communication channels and interface with customer
and Integris internal stakeholders.

·        Synthesize information from a variety of internal sources to
achieve the right outcomes.

·        Flag risk on time and plan mitigation to ensure continuity of the
project.

·        Lead development of effective key project performance indicators
to show the value creation and execution against our strategic goals.

·        Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation,
enhance the user experience and increase adoption.

·        Be involved in root-cause analytics to impact key business
objectives. You will have an aptitude for synthesizing information and
conveying complex data in clear and creative ways.

*10 or more years of relevant work experience *

*5 or more years of experience with IT Asset or Application migration or
Technology Refresh projects.*

·        A proven track record of successfully implementing technology
solutions using Agile methodologies in a high-tech environment with
multi-function teams.

·        Experience in managing programs/projects on a global scale.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills, including
executive presentation skills.

·        Ability to work across diverse audiences and demonstrate
independent thinking.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and experience communicating
complex information to nontechnical audiences.

·        Collaborative mindset to establish and maintain a productive
working relationship with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.

·        Ability to be a strong facilitator and lead cross-functional team
meetings to resolve issues and align on approach.

·        Ability to analyze situations and develop alternative approaches
to addressing issues, recommend solutions and lead project implementation.

·        Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

·        Experience with program/project management methodology and leading
cross-functional team discussions.

·        Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to
multitask.

·        Ability to embrace change at work in a fast-paced, iterative
environment.

·        Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Servicenow &
Access DB.

·        Ability to be a strong driver and communicate and coordinate with
all sorts of personalities
*PMP or PPM certified, Scrum or SaFE Certification*
