*Job Roles / Responsibilities:    *

   - Accountable for solution delivery or solution confirmation for all CRM
   solutions to ensure best practices are followed and to ensure solution is
   seamlessly integrated to existing solutions
   - Responsible for working with product owner, business owner and
   functional leads to help build solution options.
   - Leads and coordinates the domain technical and business discussions
   relative to future CRM architecture direction.
   - Contributes to the IT strategy and ensures alignment with
   architectural strategy and business goals.
   - Responsible for analysis, design, estimation and development of
   roadmaps and implementation plans based upon a current vs. future state in
   a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
   - Reviews and approves recommendations to architectural standards at a
   domain level.
   - Ensures compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure,
   services, and strategic requirements.
   - Assists in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to
   enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
   - Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solution.
   - Works closely with project management to ensure alignment of plans
   with what is being delivered.
   - Analyzes the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop
   opportunities for improvements.
   - Keeps technology and service managers aware of key customer issues,
   identifying and resolving potential problems and conflicts.
   - Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and
   market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support
   activities.
   - Identifies the tools and components used within the domain based on
   the CRM toolset and can define exceptions as warranted.
   - Supports all architectural disciplines and champions technical
   initiatives.
   - Interfaces across several business areas, acting as visionary to
   proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects.
   - Responsible for assessing existing solution and suggest areas for
   improvement to add value to integrated solution in line with business
   objective, best practices and available budget.

*EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer
Engineering, System Analysis or a related field. Or equivalent work
experience. Typically has a minimum of ten to fifteen (10–15) years of IT
and business/industry work experience including architecture design and
deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and
operations. Requires exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and
processing environments.



*MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:*




   - 8 or more hands on years of SalesForce.com deep technical experience
   - Strong SalesForce expertise in Service, Experience/Community and Sales
   Clouds
   - 3 or more full life-cycle implementations of SalesForce.com which must
   include requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional testing and
   deployment
   - 3 or more years of experience in production support environment
   - 3 or more years of experience in integration with other applications
   - Requires a basic understanding of customer operations and commercial
   business.
   - Proficient communication skills with attention to details and
   experience in mentoring/leading teams
   - Ability to translate complicated business requirements into multiple
   solution options and explain the pros/cons of various approaches
   - At least 10 years of IT experience
