*Role : Guidewire Test Manager* *Location : Sarasota - FL* *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities:* 1. working experience on Guidewire BC/CC product and well acquainted with Guidewire BC/CC and good experience in the complete life cycle of a Guidewire implementation like requirements analysis, development of test plans/test strategy/test cases/test scenarios, managing RTM, performing test execution, defect management, QA exit document/ signoff, build verification, retrospections, gap analysis, root cause analysis and project management 2. Ability to manage and drive the end-to-end Guidewire Implementation program & its upgrades as part of the agile process. 3. Proficient in STLC with focused exposure to Business Requirement Analysis, Test Strategizing, Test Planning, Test Design, Execution, Test Automation and Defect Tracking for Functional/Regression Testing, Project Management, Project Schedule, Project Tracking and Team Management skills 4. Own and manage delivery of all GW testing efforts and ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables 5. Act as Cognizant liaison for Client’s Test Managers and Program team 6. Prepare Test Strategy, Plan and estimation 7. Participate in Requirements Review sessions during sprint development cycles 8. Provide specific testing process, tools and environment related suggestions to program 9. Serve as first point of escalation for issue resolution 10. Manage efficient resource utilization across Onsite and Offshore 11. Track and manage testing progress, Schedule and communicate testing status to Program 12. Identify and Communicate project issues/ concerns on a regular basis 13. Identify program level risks and highlight the same to relevant stakeholders on time 14. Coordinate with multiple teams like Automation, Performance, for testing needs 15. Preparation of “Test retrospection report” during the end of testing phase along with lessons learnt , what went well and improvement areas 16. Ensure adherence to Agile processes including Test Management update, Test management tracking and guide Test Lead 17.
