*Role : Program Manager* *Location : Mountlake Terrace WA* *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * *Description/Comment:* As a Program Manager – Application Hosting and Environment Mgmt, you will influence how Premera will host and manage applications in our Azure Cloud Environment. You’ll have the opportunity to improve our processes and make the way we work more efficient. You will lead the successful implementation of hosting patterns and management practices that enable IT's customers to leverage the full capabilities of the Cloud while also making it easier for them to build and use applications. In this role you coordinate with key business and technical leaders across multiple departments to drive strategic alignment of the individual program tracks, assisting teams in defining, tracking, and attaining critical success measures, and completion of program deliverables. *What you’ll do:* • Provide leadership for App Hosting and Environment Mgmt, projects • Advise senior leadership on the program or initiative planning, tracking and implementation of deliverables, and progress towards achieving key results • Oversee all project activities and phases; responsible for program roadmap including definition, development, management of work items and oversees project plans • Collaborate with other project leads across Premera to synchronize work plans and resources and minimize conflicts across the multiple in-flight projects • Work closely with IT Leadership to prepare and deliver for key meetings or presentations • Ensures assigned projects deliver value to Premera by identifying and tracking tangible benefits and measurable outcomes • Ensure successful transition of work and responsibilities to the appropriate teams (operations, IT, business, etc.) as part of the project close-out activities • Understand and ensure appropriate system development lifecycle applied to project work *Additional Job Details:* What you’ll bring: • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget for multiple concurrent workstreams within a program • Experience managing projects in an Agile environment • Experience with VP/SVP level Communication • Experience managing risks and issues to successful resolution • Experience operationalizing new systems and technology processes • Preferred - Experience with Azure Cloud Fundamentals • Preferred - Experience with Azure Commercial Models and offerings • Preferred - Experience with SAFe Delivery methodology *Thanks & Regards* *Mohd Azhar uddin* *Tel: 703-831-8282 Ext. 2526,(M) (315) 543-4232* *Email: [email protected] <[email protected]> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
