Engage business and various project stakeholders to understand requirements pain points hidden needs and expected outcomes. User story documentation experience in Agile Tool manage story aging manage WIP epic sizing etc. Hands on experience in working on Agile Tools – Jira Jira Align. Leverage Agile tools and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve overall departments objectives. Facilitate Product backlog grooming sessions. Develop and maintains Product road map and backlog to capture business themes epics and stories while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize the highest impact work to be delivered soonest.
