Hope you are doing well, This is Alagesh from Qbrainx We are looking for Oracle Database Administrator Lead who is willing to start with remote. kindly review the skills and share resumes. *Title: Oracle Database Administrator - Lead* *Location: Remote ( Irvine, CA)* *Contract: Long term* The Senior Oracle Database Administrator will be required to lead the Oracle DB platform support team, optimize operational activities, and assist with security and compliance activities. *Qualifications:* - 12+ years of experience as Oracle DBA in large enterprises, including 5+ years experience as a Lead / Single point of contact for an onshore/offshore support project. - Strong Experience in Oracle AWS, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), onboarding in the cloud, virtualization projects/migrations. - Strong experience in DB Support, Security, Backup/Recovery Management, Change Management, Compliance remediation, Database Provisioning, HA/DR/DRE, Migration, Patching, Replication, Upgrades, and other general DBA activities. - Strong experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning. - Experience in automation and optimization of day-to-day activities using one of Ansible. - Experience in outage management, coordinating bridge calls, and conducting root cause analysis. - Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence. - Experience in Golden Gate and Data Guard. - Working knowledge of Incident Management, Change management and Problem management, and SDLC and Agile methodology. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including Cloud computing (PaaS, IaaS), Networking, O/S, Middleware. - Positive attitude, high level of initiative, ownership mentality, problem resolution skills, ability to analyze complex situations. - Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, listening, interpersonal, and coordination skills. *Responsibilities:* - Single point of contact for the client and lead onshore/offshore Oracle DBAs. - Oracle Data Platform support, troubleshoot performance issues, handle outages, service requests. - Handle and lead major incidents/outage bridge calls and incident resolution. - Planning and preparedness for major changes. - Creating and documenting processes and repeatable SoPs. - Develops, implements administers and maintains policies and procedures for ensuring high availability, security, and integrity of the data platform. - Implements data models, database designs, data access, and table maintenance codes. - Resolves database performance and capacity issues, replication issues, and other distributed data issues. - Design Capacity Planning (Storage, memory, and CPU) and implementation. - Automate day-to-day activities. -- Regards ALAGESHWARAN T Talent Acquisition Specialist [image: Phone] : +1 707-401-7655 [image: Email] : [email protected] [image: Profile] : LinkedIn Profile <https://www.linkedin.com/in/alagesh-waran11/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "project managment" group.
