·         Troubleshooting and minor fixes on PINGFederate and Access, OKTA,
SailPoint, User Access management ITIL process knowledge.

·         Incident management, Problem management, Service request, Change
Management.

·         *Secondary Skills required* – Symantec Endpoint / Cisco Secured
 Endpoint, CyberArk Password management

*# Scripting skills:*

·         Powershell scripting and automation

·         Type of demands the team currently works in .

*# Active Directory:*

·         Perform user access and password management.

·         Troubleshoot user account lockouts.

* # SailPoint:*

·         Identity Management

·         Business Role group management

·         Application on boarding and Management

·         Access Certifications

·         SailPoint Support

* # Ping Federate / Access:*

·         Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and WS-Fed protocol

·         Troubleshooting access issues

·         Retiring federation configurations

* # OKTA:*

·         Multi factor authentication troubleshooting

·         Managing MFA configuration for users whenever required.

·         Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0 and WS-Fed protocol

*# SSL Certificate management:*

·         SSL certificate creation (Certificate replacements or
corrections, renewals before expiration, new certificate creation internal
and external)

·         Installing certificate on Servers and Load balancer.

·         Managing Certificate inventory.

·         Troubleshoot SSL certificate issues.

* # CyberArk Password Vault:*

·         Password vault Safe access management

·         Storing passwords for Service accounts and SSL certificates,

·         Password vault Admin access management.

·         Maintain Password vault user licenses count.

·         Troubleshooting access issues.

* # Symantec Endpoint protection:*

·         Monitoring SEP Risk on user computers and Network Threats.

·         SEP version controlling.

·         Performing malware remediation.

* # Service Account and SFTP account creations:*

·         Create Service Account and vault passwords to Vault

·         Create SFTP accounts and vault passwords to Vault.

*# Splunk:*

·         System Log Monitoring.
