*Location : Remote - Client is in TX* *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * 1. Mortgage Loan Origination / Servicing 2. Functional Test Lead 3. API & Database testing Must have 7-8 years of overall experience, including minimum 5 years of Loan Origination/Servicing background. Lead QA initiatives including managing QA teams of 2-3 people and contributing to the testing effort in a hands-on role & Good Functional testing Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers and proficient in handling Onsite-Offshore model, with experience of handling testing deliverables is must Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated), establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
