Should have hands-on experience on Discovery tools ,Service watch , Service mapping in the CMDB. Create and maintain ATFs *Keywords – *ServiceNow CMDB and Service Discovery/Cloud Discovery experience * Roles and responsibility – * · Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud Discovery. · Maintain CI class, attribute, and relationship properties for all CIs. · Maintain data certifications and a CMDB health dashboard · Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow Service Mapping/Discovery tool, including mapping additional defined business services into the tool and updating discovery configurations for deeper network penetration. · Provide visibility to Discovery's performance and issues via the development and deployment of unified CMDB dashboards.
