DEVELOPER* *Location : Moline, Illinois) Remote* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * *Required Skills Technical Skills:* *ServiceNow ITSM Developer* *ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Process and Development Experience* *Experiences in Data Load/Integrations* ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin .. Hands-on with ITIL & Asset Management Process implementation. .. Interact with the Asset Management system to ensure data quality of new or changed Asset records .. Ensure data integrity both from the ownership and discovery standpoints .. Use the common service data model concepts to maintain the data integrity between cmdb and asset as required. .. Analyze the different CI and data sources (with Discovery, procurement system etc) and establish process and solution for maintaining data integrity coming from multiple sources .. Monitor ITAM Metrics to determine efficiencies: take appropriate actions to modify. .. Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS(optional) ) .. Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling. .. Work with IT Asset Managers & stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solution. .. Participate in Configuration Management meetings and Story Time where appropriate .. Review the data being populated into the CMDB and act as partial owner of the CMDB .. Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it. .. Service-now for custom Application Design & Development. .. Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows. .. Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform. .. Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow. .. Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards Technical Expertise : .. Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rule. .. Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script. .. Creation of Glide Record object and use of several other important objects as these objects are created for you when your script is called. .. Creation of custom related list. ..
