*Role : IAM/Ping Engineer* *Location : Charlotte - NC* *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * Lead the PingAuthorize implementation in the client environment including Architecture, Design, Deployment and Application/Services on-boarding. Analyse functional and security requirements for Data Access Control Framework for rest of platforms incorporating Attribute Based Access Control, privacy and security rules. Create an architecture blueprint incorporating requirements and create a roadmap to achieve the architecture Evaluate commercial products and help in deciding product suite to satisfy the requirements Develop implementation design including products, integration and customization Work with different stakeholders to review, validate and agree solution design Create a MVP (Minimum Viable Product) based on architecture blueprint catering to common access use-cases Work with different application technical teams to create specific integration design for their specific application or technology Skillset 10+ years of IT security experience with more than 6+ years as Identity and Access Management Architect (IAM). Design, implement solutions for Access request, review, certification solutions such as Ping Authorize (preferred), Plain-ID, Axiomatics Should have good knowledge in RBAC, BAC and ABAC concepts and experience in translating business requirements to access control policies. Deep knowledge on Data security solutions specifically around data anonymization and encryption. Knowledge of privacy concepts and ability to drive privacy rules into design Should have experience in design and implementation of API layer Security Control products such as API Gateway, Datapower Should have a working knowledge of different data stores - RDBMS What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role? 1.
