Excellent understanding of Out of the box features such as Sales Process, Forecasting, Territory Management, Products, Price books and Quotes in Sales Cloud is mandatory 7. Must have excellent understanding of other Products (Service Cloud, Communities, Einstein Analytics) in Salesforce ecosystem 8.
