I will be asking in interviews about specific examples of how each applicant has both managed and improved processes. *IT Environments Management Lead * *Position Description* Client’s Digital Technology team is currently seeking qualified applicants for an IT Environments Management Lead. In this role, you will coordinate, support, and continuously improve non-Prod environments for multiple application development groups involved in delivery of Web, Mobile, and APIs within Client’s consumer banking space. Test environments support a continuous release schedule across multiple groups, and are configured using a mixture of cloud-based infrastructure, on-prem container platforms, and vendor connections. The focus of this role is on organization and communication over technology – technology is important, but communication is the more critical skill. Test engineers, QA leads, and technical project managers would all be good candidates for this job. Client’s Tech stack: AWS, OpenShift (Kubernetes), Gitlab, Terraform, React, Java, NodeJS, Python, and more! *Job Responsibilities* - Own the technical support for the lower-level environments; collaborates with developers to proactively address weaknesses and opportunities - Track issues, ensures resolution at the appropriate level.
