Between the diversity that this company offers and the job security that this company offers, even to contactors, this company proves that it has an unequivocal entrepreneurial spirit and is insurmountably invested in their employees. *RESPONSIBILITIES* · Manage projects from initiation to close ensuring project success and achieving project objectives · Ability to build schedule for the Scrum Team and able to plan Epics · Create and implement a Master Data Management strategy to ensure data standardization and quality · Develop and implement data quality measurement criteria; monitor KPIs for team and implement improvement initiatives as needed to increase timeliness and accuracy of data management and governance · Collaborate with IT and function leaders to design, develop, and build data solutions that support business requirements within integrated solutions · Create and maintain budgeting for projects including month over month review · Clearly communicate expectations to both stakeholders and team members: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications · Track and report on project milestones, metrics and provide status reports to sponsor and IT Management · Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis · Escalate issues and risks as appropriate according to the Project Management Plan processes · Drive continuous improvement in project management process · Collaborate with Product team on updates *QUALIFICATIONS * · 8+ years’ work experience in project management and supporting system solutions and / or business applications · Prior experience with large scale Master Data Management / IT Data related projects for implementations or integrations · Essential to have Agile background (exposure to Kanban preferred) · Understanding of Data Governance and the role of a successful MDM practice including data quality and privacy regulations · Knowledge of MDM concepts, benefits, best practices, and challenges · Must be able to setup/build project plans in MS Project · Strong ability to drive due dates and identify risks/issues · PMI/PMP certifications a plus · Strong affinity to ask questions and dig for the best answers/solutions *PLEASE NOTE:* If for any reason this does not interest you or you felt uncomfortable by any part of this email, I sincerely apologize.
