Should be able to understand the solution, suggest improvements -Good knowledge on SQL Server -Should be able to work with Client-side Infrastructure team as needed for environment setup, deployments and other issues -Should have prior experience working with Offshore team and resolving their blockers and issues -Good communication skills to update progress, escalate issues and risks to concerned stakeholders -Should have experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA and Git -Drive from front in client interactions, business needs, and technical aspects -Proactive in understanding the client problems, providing suggestions and sharing the information with onsite/offshore managers periodically -Good to have knowledge on healthcare domain
