In this capacity, the qualified candidate will be a key contributor to facilitating data capture and reporting, identification and initiation of program enhancements, and identification of Enterprise risk/operational risk management/third party risk themes via data analysis as well as through strong data comprehension. This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and strong problem-solving abilities, particularly as it relates to identifying emerging and/or consistent trends in Enterprise Risk/Operational Risk Management/Third Party Risk Programs. *Job Responsibilities* - Management and support of the entire delivery life cycle and data strategy of Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM Programs - Oversee, maintain, and enhance data validation processes and on-going reporting routines of Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM programs - Deliver Data enhancements within Archer tool and within our supporting databases - Direct and further automate database structure and systems, including data extraction and manipulation for internal and external reporting requirements - Responsible for the continued build-out of reporting and data analysis across the Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM Programs - Assist the Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM Program Director with the ongoing identification and deployment of reporting and automation tools (visual analytics and related data routines) - Manage, prioritize, and provide direction to direct reports - Build and Sustain Power BI Dashboards for Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM Program Stakeholders as well as Executive Management - Development of data governance / quality routines to support the implementation and maintenance of data reporting and analytical routines - Develop and/or perform data quality checks, reconciliations and exception resolution as required to support various Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM programs. Develop output that provides insight into risk landscape across ORM/TPRM analytical routines - Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with the Enterprise Risk Program Teams - Propose and implement enhancements to the Enterprise Risk Analytics and Reporting policy, framework, standards, procedures, and supporting technology for Enterprise Risk/ORM/TPRM programs - Drive the analysis and increased usage of external data, including benchmarking risk exposures against peers. *Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or similar discipline is required - 3-5+ years of analytical reporting experience - Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as manage multiple priorities from various stake holders - Working technical and analytical expertise to support development of reporting – Microsoft suite (advanced Excel abilities required), Power BI/Tableau/SSRS, SQL - Strong analytical, documentation, project management and organization skills including orientation to details - Ability to review and implement risk management components (e.g., policy/procedures, governance, reporting, risk control self-assessments, loss event capture) in a regulated environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others - Willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the risk organization in a dynamic regulatory environment - Understanding of relational database concepts - Continuous improvement and automation mindset - Ability to independently problem solve in scenarios where a precedent does not exist, multi-task, handle competing priorities and follow through on commitments and willingness to challenge conventional wisdom and ability to effectively articulate viewpoint *PLEASE NOTE:* If for any reason this does not interest you or you felt uncomfortable by any part of this email, I sincerely apologize.
