Query Optimization and Db Enhancement skills are must. • Experience translating business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions. • Experience developing and using a library of reusable Appian components that can be demonstrated across processes and workflows. • Hands on automation of functional and performance testing. *• Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3) is a must* • Experience with Agile Methodology and mentoring/coordinating with team members located in different regions • Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery. • Advance knowledge of Java is a plus. Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields. • 10 years of experience in development of enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack. • 6+ years of experience in designing BPM applications.
