The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MDM platforms, preferably the *Stibo Systems Step platform*, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing programs across multiple functional areas. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in quarterly releases, contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment. The candidate should also have a passion for continuous improvement, be adept at presenting technical solutions to stakeholders, and excel in an *Agile* working environment. *Responsibilities:* - Design, develop, modify, and evaluate MDM programs for functional areas such as finance, human resources, and marketing. - Analyze existing programs, formulate logic for new systems, and devise procedures for efficient program execution. - Collaborate with various IT teams, including BI & analytics, legacy mainframe, and SAP finance teams, to integrate solutions. - Work with product management to gather and clarify system requirements. - Prepare and obtain approval for system and programming documentation, including conversion and system implementation plans. - Participate in quarterly release cycles, which may include after-hours work (with time-off compensations during the week). - Present technical information to team members and stakeholders, including directors and VPs. - Follow Agile methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Recommend updates to development standards, processes, and system optimizations. - Assist in user training and system conversion implementation. - Support the migration from one cloud environment to another (2024.3 migration project). *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (BA required). - 3-7 years of experience in Master Data Engineering. - Proficiency with *Stibo Systems Step platform* or similar MDM tools. - *Stibo Academy certifications* are preferred. - Experience with *Agile methodologies*. - Proficiency in JavaScript or Python is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical details to various stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively within a small team (10-12 members) and collaborate with outside professional services teams. - Strong team player with integrity and a commitment to quality. - No direct reports, but experience working within a matrixed team structure is essential. *Top Must-Haves:* - Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information effectively to directors and VPs. - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and coordinate across various technical domains. - Solid technical skills with a focus on MDM engineering. - Team player, capable of working within a smaller team environment. *PLEASE NOTE:* If for any reason this does not interest you or you felt uncomfortable by any part of this email, I sincerely apologize.
