*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly experienced *Senior Infrastructure Architect* with
deep expertise in *endpoint management technologies*, including
*VMware*, *Microsoft
Intune*, *SCCM*, and *performance monitoring solutions*. You will be
responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level
infrastructure to support modern endpoint management and enhance end-user
experience across a large organization.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Architecture & Design:*
-
Lead the architectural design of end-user computing infrastructure.
-
Define strategy and roadmap for endpoint management solutions
(Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
-
Architect hybrid and cloud-based solutions using *Microsoft
Intune*, *VMware
Workspace ONE*, and *SCCM/MECM*.
-
*Engineering & Implementation:*
-
Design and deploy scalable SCCM/Intune infrastructure for patching,
software deployment, and OS provisioning.
-
Integrate *VMware solutions* such as Horizon, vSphere, and Workspace
ONE with Microsoft ecosystem.
-
Ensure alignment with security policies, compliance, and
configuration management standards.
-
*Performance Monitoring:*
-
Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM,
Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar).
-
Monitor system health, availability, and user experience; proactively
recommend improvements.
-
*Governance & Automation:*
-
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline
endpoint management tasks.
-
Establish governance policies for configuration baselines, updates,
and application delivery.
-
*Stakeholder Collaboration:*
-
Work closely with security, networking, and support teams to ensure
robust and secure deployments.
-
Present technical designs and reports to senior leadership and
cross-functional teams.

*Qualifications:*
-
*Education:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field.
-
*Certifications:*
-
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate / Enterprise
Administrator Expert
-
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Advanced Professional (VCAP)
-
ITIL, TOGAF, or similar frameworks (a plus)
-
*Experience:*
-
15+ years in infrastructure architecture roles with a strong focus on
endpoint management.
-
Deep hands-on expertise in *Microsoft Intune*, *SCCM/MECM*, *VMware
Workspace ONE*, and *Windows Autopilot*.
-
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration with Azure
AD.
-
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure
projects.
-
Experience in performance monitoring and tuning across large-scale
systems.
