Title: Project Manager - Lead the end to end delivery of Finance System

Job Description:
Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of finance system
implementations. Must be able to handle enterprise-level projects within
finance (ERP/financial applications), excellent stakeholder management
skills, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of finance system
implementation projects (e.g., SAP FICO modules).
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in
alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, vendors, and
business stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure
cost-effective delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain
project documentation.
• Ensure smooth change management, user training, and post-implementation
support.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with financial and
regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 7+ years of Experience as a Project Manager with at least 3-5
years of experience who has lead the end to end delivery of Finance System
Implementations
* Must have a strong understanding of Strong understanding of finance
processes (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting,
Budgeting & Forecasting).
* Must have hands on experience managing projects like Hands-on experience
managing ERP/financial application projects (SAP FICO)
* Must have Strong Project Management Skills- planning, scheduling,
resource allocation, and risk management.
* Strong project management skills –Experience with project management
methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).
