Indeed, we can provide to you our docs.
We do not provide them publicly as it details security checks we do (and it would be dumb to explain how to avoid our checks) but there's no problem to allow you to read them.
Just tell us and we will send you a texinfo file. The best would be to find a way to make it available to you when you want it but I don't know how to do that right now.
I guess we will ask for this file once we actually perform some non-trivial change on Hacking Savannah, merging with your changes along the way.
