This is supposed to be dealth with (apart with the Bcc case we can probably
ignore). The fix caused https://gna.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=524 but it
looks like the fix is now fixed.
The current approach is to deliver the mail with the spam tag if we found a
recipient @gna.org with is not a mailing-list. Otherwise, tagged mails go to
the spam list.

To avoid spam sent to users to get redirected to the list spam, we look first
if the To: contain a list. This makes spam to get sent to the list and not
redirected to spam when they have the list in Cc: or Bcc:.
