Summary: mbox-to-archives.pl not rely on mhonarc to determine if there are new
mails
Original Submission: I think we could save resources by checking within
mbox-to-archives.pl whether there are new file - specifically by checking the
mtime of the mbox file and the output directory.
For now, it is not really a matter but the size of mailing list to handle will
grow and mhonarc seem a bit slow to make these comparisons (looks like it read
completely the mboxes to determine whether there are new messages).
