Move to the task tracker, as it is now a task (a script to update all
configurations) instead of a support item.
BTW, We should first take a look at mailman doc, maybe there is an easy way for
that.

New list will have 10240 as default. The reconfigure all list script remains to
be written (doing it by hand is not a good idea: it is highly probably that
will have in the future to change a setting for the whole installation, the
same way).

I took the mailman default. I'm going to update the script that configure the
list, however it will not impact the existing list. We should be a script that
could apply to all existing list, because it is not really convenient to do
that by hand.
