I posted a news item about "Services Availability" mentioning the
mailman trouble occured yesterday afternoon.
I think it is our role to keep informed users.
For cohesion sake, I always posted news item with a prefix easily
recognizable:
Article: for articles, something I'd like to see every month
Announce: for new features introductions, advertisements
Services Availability: for any announce about temporary
breakage of one of our systems.
