I given some though to make make-doc.pl usable in different content,
however I'm currently not sure there is a point in doing that. It
could be used to a part of the Savane doc (not the whole, some part
for such documentation should be more cleverly structured) but maybe
it just better to make a copy and edit of the script.

As a matter of fact, I never tried to build the package on another
computer than maggie, since it is maggie that got the repository.

But I would interested to learn how comes such conflicts, since kernel
headers should not be touched in any way -- maybe for the content of
the gnapgnap-package but this package should not be took in
consideration when built on a computer that does not run the same
kernel than the gna machines.
