Actually it's a mistake in the chroot handling: chroot_*.sh call 'bootclean.sh' without removing the /tmp/.clean, /var/lock/.clean and /var/run/.clean files, which is normally done by 'bootmisc.sh'. As a result the script doesn't do a thing, most notably does _not_ clean-up stale locks that were caused by reboots. Minimalism, when you get us... I'm gonna fix that in the chroot init scripts. The archive should restart tonight, however I'm not sure they will pick up where they left, especially since we changed month.
