I would guess that you (Maxence) actually did, when installing a new
kernel or something.  Since some gnapgnap-* packages are paranoid and
conflict with other system package, maybe you had to remove them in
the process ;)  However I don't understand why the package was not only
removed, but also *purged* (config files removed).

gnapgnap-maggie, which contains the backup infra, was also removed in
the process, but I don't have time in the next few days to reinstall
and check it, so somebody (Vincent?) please do it.
