Bogofilter will still eat up CPU, it's a Bayes.
I've been using those 3 DNS-RBL + some occasionnal whitelisting with very
good success:
* sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
* psbl.surriel.com
* dnsbl.sorbs.net
That filters out ~70% of incoming spams and is not a source of a single
complaint. False positives mostly come from RFC checks (helo, reverse/forward
dns, etc.) and bayesian filtering, by far.
