I'm not. Mozilla Suite/Seamonkey's preferences/options system had this functionality for ages. The Aviary team just borrowed it and refined it. Credit should not be misplaced. Also the prefwindow-V XBL doesn't support insertafter/insert before from overlays. There are other things missing too.
