Hi,
I built a small Firefox extension called Bookmarks Tooltip, which
enhances the tooltip of Bookmarks tree.

The feature is that: when the mouse hovers on the tree, a tooltip
appears instantly.
It works but now I'm facing a problem.
When the mouse hovers on a cropped text, a tooltiptext appears after
about 2 seconds and the tooltip runs away.
To describe this problem, I made a Wink movie.

Can I disable the tooltiptext when the mouse hovers on a cropped text?
