A dependency walker indicates that the colorzilla.dll is looking for nspr4.dll.

My release SM1.0 installed nspr4.dll to C:\Program
Files\mozilla.org\SeaMonkey but I didn't try installing ColorZilla on
that version because it's not a debugging build.
