From an nsIURIContentListener or a protocol handler, is there any way
to determine the window/tab/browser associated with the loading URI?
If not, is there any other mechanism (besides web progress listener)
to accomplish this?

Well I think theres a way to accomplish it but as far is I know it's
windows specific...
