Hi!

I have a feature request for http://locallink.mozdev.org/ and decided to
post that suggestion on news://news.mozdev.org/public.mozdev.locallink - it
seems that was successful (Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>).

But that posting doesn't show up in the mailing list archive
(http://www.mozdev.org/pipermail/locallink/) leading me to believe that the
gateway between the newsgroup and the mailing list is broken. If the project
owner is only reading the mailing list, but not the newsgroup he'll never
see my request.

So I decided to try this out for my own project: I posted to the newsgroup
news://news.mozdev.org/public.mozdev.zombiekeys (Message-ID:
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) and encountered the same problem: The
posting doesn't show up in the mailing list archive at
(http://www.mozdev.org/pipermail/zombiekeys/). I also didn't get any
approval request.

Then I sent a message to the mailing list address <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
(Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) and after
approving that message it shows up in the mailing list archive as well as
the newsgroup.

So it seems that the gateway from the mailing list to the newsgroup works,
but the gateway in the other direction (newsgroup -> mailing list) is borken.

It's be great if someone could look into this and get it fixed. Please let
me know if there is anything I can do to help.

   Thanks, Kai
