Hello,
I have been searching for a scriptable way to detect the charset of a
file (say, file://some/file/path) but to no avail. I see that
nsIScriptableUnicodeConverter can convert to and from Unicode, but I
want to able to detect what the original charset of
the file. So far I haven't found any interfaces to accomplish this.
Maybe some one here has seen one?
